At Allan’s Paradise – The Comfort Stay, we value your time and understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and procedures for cancelling a booking or requesting a refund.
1. General Policy
- By confirming a booking with us (via website, WhatsApp, or phone), you agree to comply with the following cancellation and refund terms.
- These terms apply to all reservations made directly through our website (https://allanparadisecomfortstays.com) or via third-party payment links provided by our team.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in: Eligible for 100% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: Will incur one night’s charge as cancellation fee; the remaining amount will be refunded.
- No-shows (guest does not arrive on check-in date): The full booking amount will be non-refundable.
- Early check-out: No refund will be issued for unused nights once the guest has checked in.
3. Refund Procedure
- Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 7–10 working days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
- Refunds are processed through the same payment method used during booking (Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).
- Bank or gateway processing times may affect when funds appear in your account.
4. Modification of Bookings
- Changes to booking dates are subject to room availability and rate differences.
- Guests may reschedule their stay once without penalty if the request is made at least 48 hours before the original check-in date.
5. Non-Refundable Bookings
- Promotional, discounted, or last-minute bookings may be marked as non-refundable.
- Such bookings will not be eligible for date changes or refunds.
- Any exceptions to this will be at the management’s discretion.
6. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be applicable for cancellations arising from:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.)
- Guest violations of property rules or terms of stay.
- Failure to provide valid ID at check-in.
In such cases, management may offer a reschedule or credit voucher depending on circumstances.
7. Force Majeure
If a booking is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (such as government regulations, safety issues, or natural events), we will offer:
- Full refund or
- Complimentary rebooking for a future date (subject to availability)
