By accessing and using our website (https://allanparadisecomfortstays.com) and our booking services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
General Information
- Allan’s Paradise – The Comfort Stay is located in Assagao, Bardez, North Goa, India.
- The property is owned and managed by a private hospitality provider (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
- By booking a stay with us, you (“guest”, “you”) agree to abide by the terms mentioned below.
Booking & Reservation
- All bookings can be made online via our website, through WhatsApp, or by contacting our reservation team directly.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an advance deposit as communicated during the booking process.
- Room rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
- Guests must provide accurate personal details during booking. Any false or incomplete information may lead to cancellation.
Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Check-in: 1:00 PM onwards
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- A valid government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
Payment & Taxes
- Payments can be made online via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or through direct bank transfer.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Any additional services (meals, transport, etc.) will be charged separately.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
- In case of natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, management reserves the right to modify the booking or provide alternative accommodation.
Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect property rules and other guests’ comfort.
- Loud music, parties, or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused to property, furniture, or fixtures will be charged to the guest’s account.
- The management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to anyone behaving in an unruly or unsafe manner.
Liability
- While we take utmost care of your comfort and security, Allan’s Paradise shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of personal belongings, valuables, or money.
- Injuries, illness, or accidents that occur on the property.
- Delays or cancellations caused by external factors such as weather, transport strikes, or technical failures.
Privacy
- Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for reservation, communication, and payment purposes.
- We do not share or sell guest information with third parties unless required by law.

Force Majeure
- We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or power failures.
Amendments
- Allan’s Paradise – The Comfort Stay reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
